Christmas log cake

Have I told you that recently I went to CC to learn baking?!

Well, today I went to the CC to learn to bake Christmas log cake.

Nice? :)

But this is not baked by me :P

There isn't enough space and equipment for hands-on. We just watched the demonstration.

But the good part is we get to taste the cake :)

The teacher always bake very nice sponge cake.

But when I try to bake the cakes at home, the texture is never like hers :P
